FBI fights order for deposition of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator, death-row inmate

I will save the mods some time and place this here. The records that Trentadue wants clearly shows FBI involvement in the OKC bombings. They also document the death of his brother, the assumed "Suspect #3", well he was tortured and hung. The odd part is, he had nothing to do with the bombing.

This is important to disclose, they will do this again, it is the MO to show dead baby's to get at your emotion. This story will break, and when it does you will hear about it from me, and see your government in a whole new light.

"Clearly?" What is "clear" about records that no one claims to have seen? Perhaps they show FBI involvement in the OKC bombings. Perhaps they show illegal interrogation techniques in use. Perhaps they show that the interrogation techniques, weren't thorough enough. Perhaps they show that the FBI was involved in the OKC bombings. Perhaps they show nothing at all.

Could be any of these. Or any of a thousand other possible scenarios. But you can't possibly claim to know what they "clearly" show.

Well he actually had them for a while, at least some of them. The dead brother actually robbed banks for a living, and he became the FBI's man. This is how they knew he was coming into the country when he did. They snatched him until they tortured and killed him. These document clearly show that, this is why the FBI is sitting on them.

The court ruled in Trentadue's favor, now I say it is time for the games to end and give this family and all the victims of the bombing closure.

So... The lawyer had the documents? And the FBI confiscated them? Does he present anything to back up this story? And if he's a lawyer, then why didn't he have the foresight to photocopy them?

Edit: And if the guy had the documents, presumably he read them. Otherwise, it wouldn't be "clear." And if he read them, then why is he merely suggesting that the FBI was "involved?" Why doesn't he provide any details of the involvement? There would be no "proof" per se, but to say that they were "involved" just sounds cagey.

I am not sure if he copied them or not, and he only had a small amount. The judge ordered them returned, he has been fighting to get them back and all the other docs the FBI has ion this case. You should question their motive, not mine.

So... What did the documents say? What was the nature of FBI involvement described in the documents?
