Thread: The Amazing What IF Conspiracy Probe:

I do not want supposed evidence for or against a 9/11 Conspiracy theory, we have enough threads on that for now.

I want to know what it would mean to you if 9/11 was in fact an inside job beyond the shadow of a doubt? What would we do?

What sort of Global backlash would this country be faced with?

Would other nations feel inclined to wage war on our government?

And finally, without exageration, Could that be the end of our nation?

If 9/11 was an inside job I think the US citizens would revolt big time. I know I'd sure as hell be in Washington D.C. demanding some heads. I'd be more than happy to see other governments wage war with our government under these circumstances...I'd be right there with them. I could definitely see that being the end of the USA as a whole...I'm guessing that some citizens would form another USA and the rest of the country would break up into separate states.

As ridiculous as that scenario is, it assumes that the citizens would find out somehow, which they wouldn't. The majority of American citizens are too simple, passive and self-concerned to really try find out the truth about these things.

I'd like to think there would be a rebellion but maybe I'm being too idealistic.

Babylon....I appreciate the question...but it is too preposterous to be considerable.

I think that is if the American people found out as a whole which I don't see how they could because anyone that brought forth evidence would probably be killed because that's what happens with conspiracies "all loose ends are tied". But if the event did occur in which all Americans found out about this conspiracy then I would guess it would result in utter ANARCHY. The army would probably get on their jets and fly back from Iraq because they would realize that they are fighting for nothing, when they got back here they would march on Washington and fight the Secret Service because then they would have something to fight for. In the end our government would be replaced by a Militaristic Dictatorship of some type. If you have seen the movie V for Vendetta or read the comics that is where my inspiration is coming from . Mass chaos delivered by the government so that the government can achieve absolute power.

I actually think it's a good question, but one without any kind of answer.

I think if it turns out the government was responsible in any way, mass hysteria will sweep the nation and anarchy would erupt in certain areas. Of course if wont last long, we are to dependent on our governments for that. Besides after they manipulate and propagate the news a bit, and arrest a few token guys just to calm the masses down, society will gradually return to normal believing the "bad apples" have been plucked, even though the true rotten pears will still be hanging on their trees. :whistling:

I think the American public would do what they've been doing - nothing! And then they would vote the other party back into office and start the cycle all over again.
