I may have to take back my previous comments about you being sophisticated. This poll is completely retarded.

Anyone believe 19 Muslim hijackers attacked America on 9/11? Congratulations, you believe in a theory about a conspiracy.

Drum roll please..... It's not a theory, it's backed by facts.

Your grasp of the English language is sad, if not surprising.

A theory is a hypothesis backed by facts. For example:

    The Theory of Relativity
    The Theory of Evolution
    The Theory of Gravitation

Sometimes, theories are in opposition to one another, for example, the Geocentric Theory, and the Theory that the Earth revolves around the sun. Both have facts to back them up, one just happens to have a much more substantial body of evidence than the other.

Likewise, there are competing theories about what happened on 9/11. One prominent theory blames Muslim conspirators. Another prominent (and much more substantiated) theory blames Neoconservative conspirators.

In fact, not so. The theories you describe are much different than the theory of crime, which CAN be proven. The forensic analysis of evidence, for example can prove- conclusively- whether a person died on natural causes or was murdered. It can prove whether an automobile accident was truly accidental or whether it was related to mechanical faiure, speeding, or some other cause.

This is the case here. The evidence conclusively proves that muslim conspirators seized control of the ariplanes in question and used them as weapons of mass destruction (missiles). That you and other conspiracy theorists choose NOT to believe the evidence is irrelevant and somewhat sad.

The fact that you and other conspiracy theorists choose to simply ignore the mountain of hard evidence contradicting the government's version is sad.

Sure, I'm going to believe that a government that has basically F*cked up everything it has touched is going to get this right.:whistling:

Re: Is the truth really out there?

Conspiracy Theories do exist and they exist for a reason. But I really doubt they exist based on belief more than facts, which is why many don't stand up straight, they lack facts. If you have 50% of the room saying one thing, and then you have the other 50% of the room stating the other thing, then you have a conspiracy. It isn't hard for this to take place, all it takes is a single event or point that doesn't make sense and open go the gates for a conspiracy.

The thing is, if a conspiracy, such as say... 911 or JFK, in order to (without a shadow of a doubt) prove it is a conspiracy, you have to challenge all accounts and show that ever single account is a conspiracy. The truthers have done a good job at this concerning 911 since most every single point of that conspiracy is challenged by them...be them right or wrong, they are sticking to the standard...so to speak.

I know cover-ups exist and I know politicians exist so conspiracy theories will always exist.

Um, and they've f-ed up what exactly?

Katrina? Wrong, they just didn't give a sh*t. George Bush doesn't like black people. They easily could have rescued and fed everyone, instead they chose to use the opportunity to practice disarming and interning an entire urban population.

Iraq? You honestly think they wanted to liberate the Iraqi population? Wrong. They wanted to secure the oil fields with permanent military bases and prolong the conflict as long as possible. They've done just that.

They've got W out there as their frontman so people like you will laugh at them and say they're incompetent. W couldn't run a go-cart, nevermind a country; do you seriously think he's the real "decider"? Read up on Paul Wolfowitz and the "Wolfowitz Doctrine", and you'll see that everything is unfolding exactly as he desired it to back in the 90s.

WTF?!!??! What kind of moron tapes a hurricane survival video, sticks it on a shelf and just forgets about it? What kind of moron has a parking lot full of buses with NO gas in them when a hurricane is looming? NAGEN. Get over that Kanye West bullshit. The President is not to blame for the damn hurricane and the stupidity of Louisiana's government.
