I'm working on all the deleted posts still. They're in a VERY large database which I've been running repairs on. There were almost one million posts, not to mention all the PMs, etc that live in there.

So basically the timeline for the past week is that I spent a few days bringing up a new server. The process to repair the database basically cripples the server. I started running repairs on it two days ago. Each one takes 18 hours (granted my other server ain't so hot). When I have a high degree of confidence they're fixed I'm going to try to setup the old board on this backup server, make a copy of this site and try the intergration. I want to make sure any steps aren't missed and since it's already been a week I figure if it's another couple of weeks before the messages come back RIGHT that's better than trying to rush something and screwing up everything.

Of course, this is open to comment

It's definitely the caching , just not sure what.

I do have to thank folks for being patient with me. I realize there have been a lot of changes and you have no requirement to be patient. I definitely appreciate it and to those who have gotten frustrated... I understand. I'm doing everything I can to make this place as good as possible for everyone.
